Welcome to Jones and Sons Farm. The farm is located in beautiful rolling dairy farm country in south Loudon County, Tennessee. Our farm was founded in May 2005. In the fall of 2005 we began a long range program to develop our nearly fourteen acres into a choose and cut Christmas tree farm. Since then we have built and cottage and barn, cut roads, built fencing and in improved our infrastructure.
In February 2007 we planted our first trees which included both White Pines from Tennessee and Scotch Pines from Virginia. Unfortunately the drought of 2007 decimated our tree population ending our adventure in tree growing.
In March 2009 the Jones and Sons Farm began long rang planning to produce organic eggs. Our farm fresh hens came to our farm on March 22, 2009. Our girls are grown now and producing eggs!You can see the girls in this link: Jones Farm hens This video was taken in late September 2009.
